Dr. Alain Elegbe
Dr. Alain Elegbe is the Founder and President of Fairness, Justice & Equity Global (FJEG) and the Fairness, Justice & Equity Foundation (FJEF). A scholar-practitioner with over 15 years of experience spanning environmental science, water governance, climate justice, and international development, Dr. Elegbe has dedicated his career to advancing equitable and sustainable solutions for communities across Africa and the United States.
His doctoral research on water justice in Benin — a comprehensive spatial analysis of unequal access to drinking water — has been recognised for its contribution to water governance policy in West Africa. He has also conducted extensive research on climate adaptation, environmental justice, GIS-based vulnerability mapping, and household water insecurity.
Dr. Elegbe has designed and delivered capacity-building programmes for over 1,200 students and professionals across Africa and the United States. He is fluent in English and French, enabling FJEG to serve both Anglophone and Francophone communities with equal depth and cultural sensitivity.
He is based in Round Rock, Texas, and maintains active operations through FJEG's regional office in Abomey-Calavi, Benin.
Josetta Tchabossou
Josetta Tchabossou serves as the Secretary of FJEG Global, bringing strong administrative, organisational, and technology skills to the organisation. She holds a Diploma in Business Studies and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Information Technology, providing her with a solid foundation in business operations, office management, and information systems.
With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism, Josetta supports effective communication, record management, and administrative coordination within the organisation. Her combined expertise in business and technology enables her to contribute efficiently to organisational processes, enhance productivity, and support FJEG Global's mission and strategic objectives.
